REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and limitations governing any requests or claims for a refund related to services offered by Arseductra  (“Arseductra,” “we,” “our,” or “the Company”).

Introduction

Arseductra Private Limited and its associated entities provide global clients with premium digital services, including branding, social media marketing, content creation, paid advertising, funnel building, and strategy consulting.

All our services are intangible, digital in nature, and are delivered on a custom basis depending on the needs of the client. Therefore, strict terms apply with respect to cancellations and refunds.

By engaging with Arseductra and making payment, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

No Refund Policy

Arseductra follows a strict No Refund Policy for all digital services provided.

Once a payment has been processed and the work has commenced — whether partially or in full — the transaction becomes non-refundable under all circumstances.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Project cancellations by the client

  • Change of business direction or strategy

  • Delays or non-cooperation from the client’s end

  • Subjective dissatisfaction without proof of breach from Arseductra

  • Third-party platform issues outside our control (e.g. ad bans, account blocks, algorithm changes)

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Consulting calls

  • Design, content, or video work already started or completed

  • Social media management plans

  • Paid media campaigns

  • Any form of retainer or prepaid packages

Exceptions (Rare Cases)

In rare and exceptional situations, Arseductra may consider issuing a partial or full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate transactions

  • Accidental overpayment

  • Payment gateway errors

In such cases, the client must raise the concern in writing within 7 days of the transaction, along with full proof of the error. The matter will then be internally verified and resolved within 7–14 business days.

Client Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the Client to:

  • Thoroughly review the service offering, timeline, and deliverables before making payment

  • Clarify doubts before initiating the project

  • Cooperate actively by providing timely approvals, inputs, and access where required

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities will not entitle the Client to any compensation or refund.

Cancellation Policy

If a client chooses to terminate the project midway:

  • No refund shall be applicable
  • Arseductra reserves the right to charge for the work completed till date and may withhold or revoke access to partially delivered work or assets if dues are unpaid

In case Arseductra, due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., unforeseen emergencies, internal restructuring), is unable to continue with the project, a partial refund may be issued depending on the stage of the project and at our sole discretion.

No Guarantee of Results

Arseductra does not promise or guarantee any specific financial returns, engagement numbers, leads, or conversion outcomes from the services delivered.

Marketing and branding results depend on several external variables, including client execution, platform algorithms, product-market fit, and market conditions.

By signing up for our services, the Client acknowledges that Arseductra is not liable for business outcomes, and no refund shall be provided on these grounds.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This policy is governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.
