Contract

The scope of each service is outlined in individual contracts, proposals, or invoices and may vary from project to project.

In case of duplicate transactions or technical billing errors, refunds may be considered after internal verification.

Ownership of Content

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property created by Arseductra — including designs, strategies, copy, content, visual assets, and development work — remains the sole property of Arseductra until full payment has been received.

Clients may not:

  • Republish, resell, or sub-license our deliverables without written permission

  • Reproduce or redistribute our materials for commercial use outside the agreed project scope

Unauthorized use of Arseductra’s work or brand will result in legal consequences.

Non-Compete Clause (for collaborators & contractors)

Any external collaborator, subcontractor, or team member working with Arseductra agrees not to directly compete with Arseductra in any of the following areas for a period of 24 months:

  • Digital marketing services

  • Branding and design strategy

  • Funnel development and automation

  • AI content solutions and media production

Violation of this clause will be considered grounds for legal action.

Disclaimer

All services are delivered on a best-effort basis. While we strive for excellence and performance-driven results, Arseductra does not guarantee specific business outcomes, traffic numbers, or revenue figures.

Client responsibilities such as timely feedback, access to required platforms, and honest communication are critical for the success of any engagement.

Limitation of Liability

Arseductra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from:

  • The use or inability to use our services

  • Delays in project delivery caused by third-party platforms, client-side delays, or unforeseen technical issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid to us for the specific service under dispute.

Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.
